Rush Email Service

Rush email service allows for you to send your FBI Criminal History Report to ACE via email. ACE will print out the document and take it to the US State Department to be apostilled. Emails received before 7:30am will be taken the same day. Once the document is apostilled, ACE will overnight it back to you, via UPS. (IMPORTANT: Please  be sure to also email your document’s password and our order form to contactus@apostillecourierexpress.com, in order to take advantage of this service)

PDF Printing rates: No charge for  ACE to print the emailed background check (1st copy). $5 for each additional copy to be printed for the apostille process, beyond the first printed copy.  **WE ONLY PRINT COPIES FOR APOSTILLING PURPOSES.  

Please Note:  FBI background checks must be provided to you by the FBI or an FBI- Approved Channeler, and complete with the FBI’s seal and signature to use this service.

Acceptable forms of payment include: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard & American Express), Money Order, and Personal Checks. Checks should be made payable to Apostille Courier Express.

Fees Charged/Cancellation Policy

Apostille Courier Express will process your payment upon receipt of application.

Cancellation Policy:  A $49 processing fee will apply to any cancellation request made prior to submission to the State department. This fee will cover shipping and handling for the return of your document(s).

We are unable to provide a refund for any cancellation request received after the submission of your document(s) to the State department as the document(s) will be returned apostilled.

The apostille courier service is $189.00 (for the first document) per person per application, which includes complimentary return UPS overnight shipping anywhere in the United States. Please note that due to UPS regulations, no shipments can be delivered to a P.O. Box address. For additional documents within the same purchase, the cost decreases to $90 per document, per person. The cost for documents being shipped to the same address is included in the cost.

International Shipping

Apostille Courier Express can receive documents from overseas and ship the apostilled/authenticated document back to the country you are located in. International Shipping Rates are in addition to apostille, authentication and/or printing rates. If you are traveling to a country that is not listed below, contact us via phone or email to request a quote.

Document Translation Service

Apostille Courier Express’ translation service includes a certified translation provided within 2-3 business days. Translation services are $300 for the first page and $150 for each additional page.

Documents for immigration and other official purposes are highly sensitive and require careful translation. Apostille Courier Express provides certified translations accepted for official use

Apostille Service

Apostille Courier Express will receive your federal document(s) and carry them to the US State Department to be apostilled and/or authenticated and ship the document(s) back to you via UPS overnight shipping. The current turnaround time for a document is 5 - 6 weeks, or more.
